Victim identified in downtown CVS store shooting, two juveniles in custody, DPD confirms
According to DPD Interim Executive Assistant Chief of Police Terrence Rhodes, two juvenile boys — a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old — were shoplifting at the CVS. Rhodes said the 13-year-old tried to run out the backdoor, but it was locked, and when he tried to run out the front, Eugeonu, a security guard, stopped him.
