This week on The Daily Show, Jon Stewart cautioned Democrats from sounding the fascism alarm at every possible opportunity when it comes to president Donald Trump’s executive actions in his first 100 days.

Jon Stewart is urging President Trump’s critics not to reflexively call every move he makes “fascist,” saying it clouds the ability to warn about actual authoritarian actions.

Jon Stewart addressed the past week in politics on Monday night’s (January 27) episode of The Daily Show, where he advised Democrats that if they want to regain office, they need to chill a little on the fascist talk and actually offer an alternative.
