Suspect killed after being shot by officer during SWAT operation in Roswell now identified
According to authorities, the incident occurred as the Roswell Police Department, along with a joint SWAT team, was executing a search warrant at home around noon Friday. Officers were attempting to contact the residents when a suspect, identified as Matthew Robert Taylor, 40, ran out of the back of the house and fired two shots.
