Indiana State Police officials have charged a second person accused of helping Austin Schepers elude law enforcement.

Indiana State Police officially has a new leader. Monday, Capt. Anthony Scott’s appointment as the 21 st superintendent of Indiana State Police took effect upon the inauguration of Gov. Mike Braun. Scott’s law enforcement career began in 1996 as a trooper out of Versailles.

A suspect in a deadly shooting of a Cleveland rapper was arrested in Pennsylvania.
