PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs is set to make a “major announcement” concerning the state on Wednesday morning. Gov. Hobbs' office did not say what the announcement will be about, just that it is a “historic moment” for Arizona. The announcement will be made at a press conference that starts at 8:45 a.m.
